With an initial group of 30 employees, Kazuhiko Bandoh established TOWA Precision Industries Limited with the main business objectives of manufacturing and marketing “precision molds” and “semiconductor manufacturing equipment.”(April 17, 1979)
The company commenced production at a temporary factory in Yawata-shi, Kyoto and opens the Tokyo Office at the same time.
