Parts supply period
At TOWA, we supply parts for a product as a paid service for a period of seven years from the warranty starting date.
(The parts supply period applies to purchased parts installed in your equipment. It excludes fabricated parts manufactured by our company.)
We will strive to supply parts where possible within the parts supply period. However, no warranties can be made regarding their availability.
If the parts supply period has been exceeded, please contact your nearest service facility or the sales person in charge for parts supply, replacement with alternative parts (in some cases, design modification may be required), or repair of the current parts.
